About Lingomere Birmingham
A UK translation firm that treats clarity and accountability as part of the work.

Who we are
Lingomere Birmingham is a document translation firm serving the whole of the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We combine translation, review and localisation with a clear view of who owns language, coordination and delivery, so a translated file works in the court, university or public body that receives it.
Why we do this work
We built the firm on a simple problem: translated documents often arrive technically accurate but practically unusable. For UKVI and Home Office submissions, court filings and university admissions across the UK, that gap costs time and rework. We set out to close it with documented process and named responsibility.
What we do
Four disciplines, one accountable delivery.

Document Translation
Contracts, certificates and regulatory filings translated accurately, with the receiving institution’s rules in mind.

Human Review
A second, subject-aware reader verifies every translation against the source before release.

Localisation
Dates, numbers and layout adapted to the destination market — not word-for-word transfer.

Document Structure
Original formatting, stamps and signatures reproduced so the result matches the source file.
Who we serve
We serve legal, immigration, academic and public-sector clients across the UK, plus individuals preparing documents for UKVI, Home Office, courts and universities. We translate 100+ languages, with certified, sworn and notarised delivery prepared to receiving-institution standards.
Our values
We translate for the document’s purpose and its destination, not only its words. We commit to information accuracy, and we let technology assist judgement without replacing the accountability of professional review.
Team and responsibility
Quality, coordination and delivery are owned by named roles in our team. Every project has a single point of contact, a defined review step before release, and clear ownership for communication, accuracy and deadlines.
How we work
Each project follows documented steps — file identification, scope confirmation, translation, review, formatting and delivery. We assess and quote large or multi-file work from the actual source, keep the original format where possible, assess complex layouts first, and handle files under confidentiality by default.
