Scans and phone photos are accepted for most documents. If legibility is a problem we tell you what to re-shoot rather than guessing at the text.

A second reader reviews the translation against the source before delivery. Terminology stays on the list agreed at intake and formatting is checked on the output file.

It depends on the language pair and the document set. We review the file, confirm the receiving institution's requirements, then send the scope and the date in writing — nothing is quoted from a template.

If it depends on the receiving office we will not claim otherwise. Where the requirement is unclear we say it is unclear and tell you exactly what to ask them.

We do not publish a fixed price for this because the work varies. After intake you get a written figure that does not change unless the document set changes.
