Questions we get asked
Answers are limited to what we can confirm at intake.
What do you need from me for security and privacy?
We do not publish a fixed price for this because the work varies. After intake you get a written figure that does not change unless the document set changes.
What does complex pdf format restoration cost?
We confirm this at intake. Pricing, turnaround and any agency wording depend on the document and the receiving institution, so we state them in writing before work starts and keep pending items marked as pending.
What does chart/graph reproduction cost?
We do not publish a fixed price for this because the work varies. After intake you get a written figure that does not change unless the document set changes.
What should I know about logo/image preservation?
Send the file and the destination requirement if you have it. We check whether the layout can be kept, whether certification or notarisation is needed, and reply with a written scope.
How long does format perfect output take?
If it depends on the receiving office we will not claim otherwise. Where the requirement is unclear we say it is unclear and tell you exactly what to ask them.
How is two stage proofreading handled?
It depends on the language pair and the document set. We review the file, confirm the receiving institution's requirements, then send the scope and the date in writing — nothing is quoted from a template.
