Send the file and the destination requirement if you have it. We check whether the layout can be kept, whether certification or notarisation is needed, and reply with a written scope.

If it depends on the receiving office we will not claim otherwise. Where the requirement is unclear we say it is unclear and tell you exactly what to ask them.

It depends on the language pair and the document set. We review the file, confirm the receiving institution's requirements, then send the scope and the date in writing — nothing is quoted from a template.

We do not publish a fixed price for this because the work varies. After intake you get a written figure that does not change unless the document set changes.

Scans and phone photos are accepted for most documents. If legibility is a problem we tell you what to re-shoot rather than guessing at the text.

We confirm this at intake. Pricing, turnaround and any agency wording depend on the document and the receiving institution, so we state them in writing before work starts and keep pending items marked as pending.
